Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies
Return Policy:
No returns for opened merchandise. In order to return an unopened product, contact us to receive an RMA authorization. 25% restocking fee applies. No refund on shipping charges. Melted protein bars and other products that can melt are shipped at your own risk and are non-refundable. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Refund Policy:
Refunds must be requested within 15 days of date of delivery as noted by UPS. Refunds are only given on products determined to be defective or uncomsumable from the manufacturer. Majority of product must be unused and in package.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders are only able to be cancelled upon written request through our Contact Us form within 1 hour of order submission.
