Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one level scoop of Xpand with 16 oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage 2 times daily. Pre-Workout: Take 1 swerving of Xpand 30 minutes before your workout. Post-Workout: Take 1 serving of Xpand 15-45 minutes after your workout. Non-Workout Days: Take 1 serving of Xpand. To maximize results, do not eat a meal or drink a protein shake for at least 30 minutes before or after you take Xpand. Consume at least 64 oz of water daily.
