Directions
As a dietary supplement, take the first serving in the morning prior to breakfast and the second serving 6 hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. SlimQuick naturals should be used in conjunction with a sensible low-fat diet and regular exercise program (refer to booklet included). Do not take SlimQuick naturals within 5 hours of sleep. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Dosing Chart - Week 1: 2 capsules morning, 2 capsules afternoon; Week 2 and onward: 3 capsules morning, 3 capsules afternoon.
